Refund circumstances:
- If technical problems stop you from accessing the content you have purchased, our support team will try to help you resolve the problem. You are required to have a functioning internet connection and equipment to enable you to view course content delivered over the internet. Providing you have the required connection and equipment, you will receive a full refund for all unused content purchased if we are unable to resolve the problem with you within 7 days.
Technical problems
- If you think that the provided is not as it should be or some is not as per your specified requirements, you may ask for rework. If requirement were pre-communicated before purchase (and not updated later), we ensure to do any umber of rework until your requirements are fulfilled within 1 week. If you are still unsatisfied, you we will initiate refund for your purchase. We will provide a plagiarism report with content. We will give 100% refund in case of plagiarism in our provided work exceeds 35%.

- Any authorized refunds will be processed by within 30 days.
- No refund will be granted if we find that the requirements raised from you was not communicated in written form before making payments and are updated in later stage.
- Clients may request for refunds only after requesting for a revision, and they are still unsatisfied with their order. We offer unlimited free revisions within seven days of completing an order and we see to it that we get the job done to your satisfaction. In the event we failed to satisfy your requirements after revisions have been done, only then can a refund be requested. Please note that we do not charge any transaction fee for refunds.
